Paul Kagame sworn in for third term.

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda have again be sworn in as president for the third term on Friday, August 18 2017,the inauguration came up at the national stadium in Kigali,he won with about 99% of votes.

 

Prof Yemi Osinbajo was present with  some of the African leaders during the inauguration that took place at the national stadium.

Paul has ruled Rwanda since 2000 and will still rule till 2024,he was applauded for stabilizing the country after about 800 000 people lost their lives in the 1994 genocide.
